Saeed Shahbazi
Co-Founder & President
Saeed Shahbazi brings over 35 years of leadership experience in global consumer product development, high-volume manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution. Renowned for his strategic vision and operational expertise, he has successfully led multinational mergers and acquisitions spanning China, Germany, Korea, Taiwan, and the USA, driving growth and innovation across global markets.
With a proven track record of steering organizations to operational excellence and market leadership, he consistently delivered transformative results. His executive portfolio includes serving as President of Averatec Inc. (2002–2008), where he pioneered significant advancements in consumer electronics, as well as holding key leadership roles such as President of KDS Computers. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California. His dynamic leadership and global perspective make him an invaluable asset to our team.
Parviz Soroushian
Head of Research & Development
Dr. Soroushian is a distinguished Senior Scientist and Professor Emeritus with nearly 40 years of experience, Parviz Soroushian is renowned for his extensive contributions to research, development, commercialization, and education in the field of Civil Engineering, with a strong focus on cement chemistry and concrete material science. His prolific career includes the development of more than 20 patents and the publication of nearly 200 refereed journal articles, reflecting his pioneering work in advancing cement and concrete technologies.
Dr. Soroushian is recognized as a Fellow of the American Concrete Institute (ACI) and the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), underscoring his leadership and influence in the field. He earned his PhD in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, further establishing his foundational expertise in cementitious materials and structural applications.
Amirpasha Peyvandi
Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Peyvandi is a senior scientist and structural engineer with over a decade of expertise in concrete material science and cement chemistry. He has developed more than six patents, including an innovative new-generation rapid-hardening cement that forms the foundation of his latest venture. He earned his PhD in Structural Engineering from Michigan State University, where he specialized in the intersection of advanced materials and structural applications. As an associate and voting member of multiple the American Concrete Institute (ACI) Technical Committees, Dr. Peyvandi actively contributes to advancing concrete technology and sustainability in construction. His work reflects a deep commitment to merging innovation with practical engineering solutions.
Anagi Balachandra
Chief Material Scientist
Dr. Balachandra is a senior leader in research, development, and innovation with nearly 20 years of experience in providing vision, strategy, and execution, creating and administering complex scientific programs. Has a track record of successful delivery of chemistry concepts into breakthrough delivered projects across advanced engineered materials, polymers, functional coatings, composites, green-cement formulations and nanotechnology. Managed over 30 Federal R&D projects as principal investigator. Authored 60+ peer-review publications with 1,000+ citations. Inventor of 10 patents and patent-pending technologies.
Bijan Favekehi
Chief Legal Officer & General Counsel
Bijan Favakehi combines a strong foundation in electronics engineering (BS, MS) with a JD degree, offering a rare blend of technical and legal expertise. A licensed attorney in California and a certified NIST Cybersecurity Framework Practitioner, he specializes in navigating the complexities of technology and cybersecurity law. Bijan has extensive experience as corporate counsel for startups and established companies, guiding them through licensing, regulatory compliance, intellectual property management, and technology transfer. Previously, he served as Cybersecurity Attorney at RedPayload, LLC, and Vice President of Compliance at MaxKnowledge, Inc., honing his skills in managing legal and operational challenges. With a passion for innovation and emerging technologies, Bijan is instrumental in aligning businesses with legal and ethical frameworks for success in the dynamic realms of AI and advanced materials. His forward-thinking approach ensures our company thrives in the ever-evolving business landscape.
